Store promise
Asteria store items are designed to support the server without bending progression. Ranks and cosmetics are visual; paid coin packs and crate keys exist but are capped on the largest tiers; and a public never-sell list keeps XP boosters, sell-multipliers, god gear, and leaderboard placement permanently off the menu.
How to purchase
The Asteria store never asks you to type a Minecraft username. We use a single-use Link Code instead. It guarantees your purchase binds to the right account — no typo risk, no support ticket if your name has a tricky character.
- Join the server. Connect to play.asteriaskyblock.com on Minecraft Java. You must be online to generate a Link Code.
- Run /link in chat. AstroLink replies with a 6-character Link Code (for example, 4RSF2V). Codes are single-use and expire after 30 minutes.
- Paste the code at checkout. On the Asteria store, drop the code into the Link Code field. We never ask you to type your Minecraft username — codes prevent typos and bind the purchase to the right account.
- Pay. Your purchase is delivered automatically in about five seconds while you are online. You will see a confirmation message in chat.
- Offline? You are still covered. If you log out before fulfilment, AstroLink queues the rewards and applies them on your next join.
Total checkout-to-delivery is about five seconds while you are online. The fulfilment plugin polls AstroLink every 15 seconds and runs the grant commands on the server console — you do not need to do anything beyond pasting the code and paying.
What is sold
- Cosmetic supporter ranks: Supporter, VIP, Elite, and Founder (capped at 100 buyers, ever).
- Standalone cosmetics such as the Stardust Particle Trail.
- Coin pouches from Small (5,000 coins) up to Treasury (500,000 coins).
- AsteriaCrate key packs from a single key up to a 25-pack.
- Discord roles and recognition that come bundled with ranks.
Per-player caps
To protect the server economy, the largest packs have purchase limits enforced by AstroLink:
- Coin Vault ($19.99 / 200,000 coins) — 1 per 30 days.
- Treasury ($39.99 / 500,000 coins) — 1 per 30 days.
- Asteria Key 25-pack ($34.99) — 2 per 30 days.
- Founder rank ($49.99) — 1 per account, lifetime, with a global cap of 100 buyers, ever.
Did my purchase go through?
/claim shows your last 10 purchases and the status of each one. It is a visibility command — it does not trigger fulfilment, the AstroLink poller does that on its own.
If a purchase looks like it did not apply, run /claim in-game first before opening a Discord ticket. Pending orders auto-apply within 30 seconds.
Status legend
- fulfilled Done — perks, items, or coins have already been delivered to your account.
- pending Within 30 seconds of checkout. The action will apply automatically — you do not need to do anything.
- refunded The order was refunded. Any granted perks have been revoked.
- disputed A chargeback was opened with your bank. The order is under review and any granted perks are revoked while it is open.
- failed A sub-action could not run. Open a Discord ticket with your order ID so staff can review it manually.
If /claim shows nothing
If /claim shows nothing, the Link Code you redeemed at checkout was issued for a different Minecraft account. Run /link again from the correct account, then open a Discord ticket with your order ID so staff can re-bind it.
What purchases grant
Ranks add LuckPerms group membership (chat tags, particles, convenience commands).
Cosmetics flip a single permission. Coin pouches deliver via EssentialsX
eco give. Crate keys deliver as virtual keys against
AsteriaCrate through CrazyCrates. None of this includes XP, sell, or progression
boosts — those are on the never-sell list.
Refund summary
Full policy lives on the refund policy page. Quick version:
- Ranks. Refundable within 7 days of purchase. The rank is removed on refund.
- Cosmetics. Refundable within 7 days unless the cosmetic has already been redeemed or used in-game.
- Currency packs. Refundable within 24 hours. The refunded amount is taken from your balance — if you have already spent the coins, your balance goes negative until you earn it back.
- Crate keys. Refundable only if all keys in the pack remain unopened. Once a key has been redeemed, the pack is no longer eligible.
- Founder rank. Limited stock — refunds are permitted, but the slot is freed for the next buyer.
- Disputes. Disputes opened with your bank are auto-revoked from the in-game side immediately. Always contact support before opening a chargeback.
If a reward is missing
Run /claim first. If it lists the order as pending, wait 30 seconds.
If it shows failed, or if the order is missing entirely, open a
Discord ticket with your order ID — staff need that
to find the fulfilment log.
Refunds and chargebacks
Always contact support before opening a chargeback. Disputes opened with your bank are auto-revoked from the in-game side immediately.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need to type my Minecraft username at checkout?
No. Asteria uses a Link Code instead. Run /link in-game and AstroLink hands you a 6-character code — paste that into the Link Code field at checkout. Codes bind the purchase to your real account so a typo cannot send your perks to the wrong player.
My purchase did not apply — what now?
Run /claim in-game to see the status. Pending purchases auto-apply within 30 seconds. If /claim shows nothing, or shows the order as failed, open a Discord ticket with your order ID and staff will review the fulfilment log.
How long does delivery take?
About five seconds while you are online. If you are offline, the purchase queues automatically and applies on your next join.
My Link Code expired — what do I do?
Codes expire after 30 minutes. Just run /link again for a fresh one. If you have already paid and the code expired before checkout, open a Discord ticket with your order ID so staff can re-bind it.
Can I use the same Link Code for multiple purchases?
No. Every Link Code is single-use. Run /link again for each new purchase.
