Store promise
Asteria store items are designed to support the server without bending progression. Supporter perks should be cosmetic, social, or convenience-focused where appropriate. They should not create a paid route to winning the season.
Supporter perks
- Chat tags and name colours.
- Particle trails and cosmetic effects.
- Island visual themes.
- Discord roles and supporter channels.
- Founder recognition during Season Zero.
- Standalone cosmetics such as the Stardust Particle Trail.
Claiming purchases
The fulfilment flow is simple: buy through AstroLink, join the server, then run
/claim. AsteriaCommerce checks your purchase history and shows recent purchases
by status: fulfilled, pending, failed, or manual review.
- Buy the product through the Asteria store once public checkout opens.
- Join the server using the same Minecraft username linked to the purchase.
- Run
/claimin-game. - Check whether the purchase is fulfilled, pending, failed, or marked for manual review.
- Open a Discord ticket if staff need to review the fulfilment.
What purchases grant
Current store products grant LuckPerms groups and scoped cosmetic permissions such as
asteria.cosmetic.*, asteria.discord.*, and
asteria.badge.*. These permissions are intentionally not progression power.
Some cosmetic permissions still need a dedicated cosmetics plugin before they become visible
in-game.
If a reward is missing
Players should open a Discord ticket with their Minecraft username and purchase reference. Staff need an audit log so failed fulfilments can be reviewed without guessing.
Refunds and chargebacks
Players should contact support before opening a chargeback. See the refund policy for the public wording.
