Refund Policy

How refunds are handled for Asteria Skyblock store purchases — ranks, cosmetics, coin pouches, and crate keys.

Asteria Skyblock handles refunds fairly, with purchase history, fulfilment status, and in-game claim records used to review each case. Always contact us before opening a chargeback. Disputes opened with your bank are auto-revoked from the in-game side immediately.

Refund rules by product type

  • Ranks. Refundable within 7 days of purchase. The rank is removed on refund.
  • Cosmetics. Refundable within 7 days unless the cosmetic has already been redeemed or used in-game.
  • Currency packs. Refundable within 24 hours. The refunded amount is taken from your balance — if you have already spent the coins, your balance goes negative until you earn it back.
  • Crate keys. Refundable only if all keys in the pack remain unopened. Once a key has been redeemed, the pack is no longer eligible.
  • Founder rank. Limited stock — refunds are permitted, but the slot is freed for the next buyer.
  • Disputes. Disputes opened with your bank are auto-revoked from the in-game side immediately. Always contact support before opening a chargeback.

About the currency refund window

Coin pouches refund within 24 hours via eco take. The system does not block negative balances — if you have already spent the coins you bought, the refund still goes through and your in-game balance becomes negative until you earn it back. We disclose this on every coin pouch product page so there are no surprises.

About the crate key refund rule

Crate key packs only refund if every key in the pack is still unopened. Once a key has been redeemed, the rewards are out of our hands and the pack is no longer eligible.

Founder rank refunds

Founder is capped at 100 buyers, ever. Refunds are still allowed within the standard 7-day window — and when one is processed, the slot is freed for the next buyer in the queue.

Non-eligible refunds

  • Cosmetics or ranks already redeemed and used in-game beyond the stated window.
  • Bans for breaking server rules.
  • Crate key packs with one or more keys already opened.
  • Buyer's remorse after the cosmetic has been delivered and the window has passed.
  • Seasonal resets, economy wipes, island resets, or planned progression changes.
  • Purchases made for another account where the product was delivered correctly.

Fulfilment checks

Store purchases are tracked through AstroLink. Run /claim in-game to see your last 10 purchases — each one is shown as fulfilled, pending, refunded, disputed, or failed. If an order shows failed, or is missing entirely from /claim, open a Discord support ticket with your order ID so staff can review the fulfilment log. See the store wiki for the full status legend.

Refunds and season resets

Asteria Skyblock is seasonal. Money, items, islands, upgrades, and leaderboard progress reset between seasons. Supporter ranks, Founder recognition, and permanent cosmetics carry over where explicitly stated, so season resets are not treated as refund events.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with your purchase ID, Minecraft username, and a short reason. You can also open a ticket in Discord. We aim to reply within three working days.
